Charges: All tenants must pay a 1 month security deposit on all rentals longer than 3 months. This deposit is fully refundable on completion of the contract, minus any outstanding charges or damages caused to property. If the contract is for less than 3 months, a sum of approximately 20% of the total rent is to be held as a security deposit. Please note this rule may vary on a property by property basis.

On receiving keys, the tenant must have paid the security deposit and a minimum of one month rent. No further charges are applicable unless stated prior to commencement of the rental agreement.
